Seguro - Cancellation Policy explained

Your sessions are custom-tailored to provide you with individual attention, comfort and care. When you book a session that specific time-slot is exclusively blocked for you preventing other clients from booking that slot.

For this reason, I require a minimum of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule to qualify for a refund. This window allows me to offer the appointment to another client who might be waiting.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter. You will be asked to sign an agreement at or first meeting that includes your acceptance of our cancellation policy.

Seguro - Initial meetings with new clients

As a lone worker for my own safety, before a new client books a session with me it’s my policy to schedule a short, initial brief consultation to ensure we are aligned. This can be a quick daytime coffee meetup or a video chat on WhatsApp or Teams Message.

During this time, I will discuss with you your goals and expectations. I will explain how the therapy you have chosen works. I will ask you to sign and agree the professional waiver which is available on the website. You

Boundaries and Etiquette during cuddling sessions.

Because sessions involve platonic touch in a private setting, clear rules and strong ethics are there to protect both myself and my clients. Professional cuddling occupies a unique space: it offers comfort, connection, and nervous-system regulation through consensual touch. In order to clearly differentiate this for clients from romantic or sexual interactions we have boundaries and etiquette.

One of the most important ethical foundations is the verbal and written consent. At the beginnings of each session both myself and my client will need to agree on what kind of touch is acceptable, which positions are allowed, and what topics of conversation are appropriate, broadly speaking. This will be reviewed often as consent will always be adapting and reversable. Should either party feel uncomfortable.

Please be assured it will be made clear by me that any client should always say if they don’t feel safe and that its ok to pause, this enables a change of position, or end the session. This goes for me too as your therapist.

For male clients

Sometimes during sessions either professional cuddling or massage, it sometimes there may cleads to involuntary arousal. As a professional we do not need to speak about this and we will adjust our positions and continue with the session. This is a natural thing and need not be a concern.
